No. You are more than welcome to use your own travel agent. However, as someone seeking treatment abroad, it would be much easier for you to plan and travel if all aspects of your trip were managed by us. We service individuals and corporate clients on a regular basis and our prices are very competitive.
No. Our hospital/clinic partners will coordinate with you before you are arriving. They will pick you up and drop-off at the airport.
In addition, they will also arrange for shuttle services for you to go to the hospital or clinic as needed.
Upon arrival, you will be given a Turkish local SIM card and phone plan. Since since you are an international patient, a local hospital/clinic representative as well as a designated translator will always maintain regular communication with you via WhatsApp or phone call.
This is totally up to you. We can work with our partners and find you a convenient hotel or apartment (as per your wish) for you.
Alternatively, you can book your own hotel and accommodation yourself.
As long as you book a place close to your treatment location. You will still get free shuttle service regardless of where you stay.
That is not a problem at all. Upon arriving in Turkey, we will arrange free translation services for any document or medical record necessary for your treatment.
